The digital TV barometer helps you explore in depth the characteristics and challenges of a digital transition in service of a booming audiovisual landscape.

  • Learn the general public’s perception: awareness, identified benefits
  • Measure the needs for digital equipment
  • Anticipate the increased importance of DTT
  • This study performs 600 interviews in Senegal and Mali, and 700 interviews in Côte d’Ivoire. The population surveyed is age 15 and over, according to sex, age, profession, level of education and their place of residence.
  • An extension of the Digital TV Barometer is planned for end of 2018 in other African nations.
  • Web interface and/or summary report that will give detailed information on the various DTT sectors per country and per target
  • Two waves of published results in June and December
