Films are usually studied for five weeks prior to release, but can be monitored prior to five weeks out.

  • Main takeaways
  • The notoriety of your film (spontaneous and assisted)
  • Intention to go see the film
  • The number and profile of viewers who know of/intend to go see the film in theatres
  • Information sources
  • Driving/motivating aspects
  • The evolution of the film’s image prior to release, as compared to other films
  • Weekly study conducted via the Internet (CAWI system) with individuals ages 15 and up throughout France, who reported having gone to the cinema in the past 12 months
  • In order to ensure the best representativeness, the sample is established by quotas beforehand, and then an adjustment is made afterward, based on the “75,000 Cinema Study,” which is the gold standard study in the market
  • Possibility to extend the study 6 to 14 years
  • Results are delivered every Tuesday
  • Excel summary tables showing the main indicators crossed by target, for each of the films studied
  • In addition, a specialised written analysis is included, focusing on your films
  • Finally, for annual subscriptions: Free access to the Cin’Hebdo interface, aggregating all results since October 2003 (2,300 films studied)
